In relation to signing a new contract for my business utility suppliers, I found Utility Synergy to be very patient and professional in organising this for me. An initial contact was not the appropriate time and they agreed to a contact one month later and did this at the date and time required. Several options were offered for me to contemplate and with a little guidance, a new supplier was agreed upon. In an industry that seems to have pressurised callers, I did not find this to be the case at all with Utility Synergy.
